LG’s newest No Frost Refrigerators, from budget-friendly two doors to high-end french door models, now have a built-in Auto Ice Maker. Designed to provide a convenient ice-making experience, this feature ensures that you’ll have ice cubes ready when you need them—ideal for the Philippine heat!
How to use the Auto Ice Maker? Simply fill up the water tank that’s inside the fridge and that’s it. You’ll now have ice cubes in a few hours ready to be scooped. As long as there’s water in the tank, the Auto Ice Maker will produce ice cubes. And you don’t have to buy the top-of-the-line model for this as this is also available on more affordable two door models.
Another exciting feature that’s coming to more LG ref models is InstaView. With just two knocks on the sleek glass panel, the refrigerator lights up, allowing you to see inside without opening the door. This helps reduce cold air loss and keep food fresher for longer while saving energy. Previously exclusive on high-end models, InstaView is now on slimmer bottom-load models.
LG also made improvements to manual ice-making on some models with the Spaceplus Ice System. It doesn’t take up a big area in the freezer and stores more ice! Users now have the whole shelf space in the freezer to store food.
Aside from making ice, some of the new models are also equipped with water dispenser. More over, UVnano is also on select models. This innovative sanitization technology works to eliminate harmful germs using ultraviolet light.
